36kV Composite Polymer Pin Insulator

36kV composite polymer pin insulator is designed for medium voltage overhead lines up to 36kV. It is securely mounted on the cross-arm using a threaded pin with nut at the base, providing strong mechanical support and safe electrical insulation for distribution systems.

Constructed with a high-strength fiberglass rod, hydrophobic silicone rubber sheds, and galvanized steel end fittings, this composite polymer pin insulator offers excellent weather resistance, low maintenance, and long service life even in polluted or high-humidity environments. Its creepage distance of 1170 mm and dry arcing distance of 390 mm ensure stable performance under high voltage stress.

With a specified cantilever load (SCL) of 10 kN, this composite polymer pin insulator is engineered to handle significant mechanical stress while maintaining electrical safety according to IEC 61952 standards.
