U120BP 120kN Fog Type Glass Insulator

U120BP fog type glass insulator is a toughened glass disc insulator designed for high-voltage transmission applications up to 330kV. It offers outstanding mechanical performance, with a minimum mechanical breaking load of 120kN.

Standard specifications include a diameter of 280mm, height of 146mm, creepage distance of 450mm, and a net weight of approximately 6kg. In Mexico, the U120BP fog type glass insulator is equivalent to the aislador 28SVC111CC.

To enhance durability in high-pollution environments, the U120BP fog type glass insulator can be customized as a zinc sleeve insulator by adding a zinc sleeve to its forged steel pin, significantly improving corrosion resistance.
