U40B Insulator Set

The U40B insulator set is a complete glass suspension insulator string designed for medium-voltage overhead distribution lines. It is commonly used in 24kV distribution networks in the Middle East, Africa, and other international power utility projects.

Each U40B insulator set typically consists of 3 pcs U40B toughened glass suspension insulators, 1 pc Q type ball eye, 1 pc U type bolt, 1 pc socket fitting, and 1 pc bolted type tension clamp. The complete assembly provides reliable mechanical strength, stable electrical insulation performance, and secure conductor tensioning for overhead line applications.
