ANSI 52 Porcelain Suspension Insulator

ANSI 52 insulators are a series of high-voltage suspension porcelain insulators conforming to the ANSI C29.2 standard, used for supporting and insulating conductors in overhead transmission lines, and available in different electrical properties and mechanical strength grades (52-1 to 52-18). Common ANSI 52 porcelain suspension insulator models include ANSI 52-1, ANSI 52-3, ANSI 52-4, and ANSI 52-5. Their main differences lie in mechanical breaking load capacity, creepage distance, and the structure of the cap and pin fittings. ANSI 52 porcelain suspension insulators are primarily used in the Americas. In Africa, the Middle East, and India, IEC standards are primarily used. For example, the U70BL porcelain disc insulator.
