Porcelain Disc Insulator

Porcelain Disc Insulator is a suspension insulator commonly used in high-voltage and ultra-high-voltage transmission lines. It offers excellent insulation performance, high mechanical strength, and strong resistance to corrosion and weather conditions. The Porcelain Disc Insulator is composed of disc-shaped porcelain components, iron caps, and steel feet, bonded together with cement of no less than 525-grade silicate and quartz sand adhesive. The porcelain surface is typically coated with a white or brown glaze to effectively shed water.
