U420B Toughened Glass Insulator

U420B toughened glass insulator is designed for high-voltage transmission lines, offering superior mechanical strength and reliable electrical performance. It can be assembled in suspension insulator strings for use on transmission lines ranging from 10 kV to 550 kV. This standard profile glass insulator is particularly suitable for lightly polluted environments.

Manufactured and tested in compliance with IEC standards, the U420B insulator features a minimum mechanical failing load of 420 kN, a nominal diameter of 360 mm, a height of 205 mm, and a nominal creepage distance of 550 mm.
